When you place an order from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give, such as name, address, and email address.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

A non-refundable 50% booking fee will be taken at the time of booking. This will go towards the total cost of the treatment which is to paid on the day. Cancellations will only be accepted if a minimum of 48 hrs notice is given, in which case your non-refundable booking fee will be transferred to your new rescheduled date. Where cancellations are made within less than 48 hrs or you do not show up to your booked appointment, you will forfeit and loose your non-refundable booking fee. A new non-refundable booking fee will need to be paid in order to secure further appointments. Cosmetic Tattooing involves planning and patch testing, so it is impossible to secure last minute replacement customers and has an adverse effect on my business, Thank you for your co-operation and understanding. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency an option of rescheduling will be offered or your deposit refused should this be necessary.

Where a client arrives more than 15 mins late your booking fee will also be forfeited. It is dangerous to rush Tattooing and results will be compromised and we want you to be 100% happy with your experience, so please arrive promptly.

You will be required to complete a 24hr patch test, complete the medical questionnaire including COVID-19 screening and adhere to all pre-treatment instructions prior to treatment. Should the treatment be deemed unsuitable for you due to medical reasons a full refund of deposit will be made. No refunds will be offered for any other type of reason.

Strict COVID-19 policies are in place at the Salon which you must agree to follow to ensure safety.

Treatments are only fully completed after the perfection visit. You will be expected to attend both appointments and follow the healing process aftercare instructions.

Tattoo healing is subjective depending on skin type, lifestyle, health conditions and clients commitment to after-care regime, therefor, I can not guarantee your outcome and no refunds will be give. In rare occasions 3 sessions may be required at additional cost.

You will be offered 1 x free top up perfection visit which you must attend for optimum results. Should you cancel giving less than 48hr notice or fail to attend. One further appointment will be offered at full cost with a 50% non-refundable booking fee.
